The 2nd World Congress of Ayurveda was probably the biggest and most important gathering of people involved in Ayurveda. Presentations included the level of organisation of Ayurveda internationally, the legal framework for practitioners and products, the standards of practice, available as well as the public perception of Ayurveda. To enable global interaction, there was a plenary session with a panel of medical doctors who work with Ayurveda from Australia, Austria, Dubai, Germany, USA and the UK.
